Camilla Nielsen

Camilla Nielsen currently serves as a Civil Engineer and Urban Planner at Mariagerfjord Kommune since January 2022. Prior to this role, Camilla worked at Aarhus Kommune from March 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing approvals for excavation permits in the Road Operations team. Camilla's experience also includes a position at Brønderslev Kommune as a Civil Engineer from June 2018 to October 2019, handling various tasks related to traffic and road management, including public inquiries and safety campaigns. An internship at Aalborg Kommune as a Planner preceded this, during which Camilla engaged in local planning and meetings. Early career experiences include teaching mathematics and design at Gl. Hasseris Skole and an internship with Randers Kommune. Camilla holds a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Aalborg University and a high school diploma in Industrial Design from Aalborg Technical Gymnasium.
