Kerrie Gorman has extensive experience in the automotive service industry, currently serving as Business Development Manager at DARCARS Automotive Group since July 2008. In this role, Kerrie directs daily operations of a business support center with 23 employees, managing over 1,300 incoming service calls daily for 11 dealerships, including brands like Lexus, Toyota, and Nissan. Previously, Kerrie held the position of Service Director, overseeing the daily operations of a service facility, the third largest in the region, and achieving over 10 percent growth in warranty customer service retention in 2013. Kerrie's earlier experience includes roles as Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager at Martens Cars of Washington, Inc. Kerrie studied at the Washington DC School of Photography from 2000 to 2002.
