Mary Beth Gianoli, osf, currently serves as the Vice President for Mission Integration and the Director of Special Projects for Mission Effectiveness at Marian University Indianapolis since November 2018. Previously, Mary Beth held the position of Secretary at the Leadership Conference of Women Religious from August 2014 to July 2018 and was part of the Leadership Team for the Sisters of St. Francis of Oldenburg, IN, from July 2012 to June 2018, while also serving as a Board Member at Oldenburg Academy of the Immaculate Conception during the same period. Earlier experience includes a consultant role at EASI-Consult from August 2005 to May 2012 and various positions at St. Patrick Center from 1983 to 2001, culminating as Director of Client Services and Senior Coordinator of Information Systems. Mary Beth's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Marian University Indianapolis and multiple Master of Arts degrees in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Development, and Computer Resources and Information Management from University of Missouri-Saint Louis and Webster University.
