Ben Wallgren currently serves as the Director of HR Systems at Mariani Enterprises, LLC, since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ben was employed at Sunrun as a Workday Architect from October 2020 to March 2023, and served as a Workday HRIS Manager and Senior Workday Analyst at Vivint Solar from June 2014 to August 2021. Ben has extensive expertise in Workday, including implementation of various HCM modules, report writing, calculated fields, and integration development, among other areas. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Project Controls Specialist at CH2M HILL and a Cost and Controls Analyst at IM Flash Technologies, as well as a Project Assistant at Frank Young Construction. Ben earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Utah between 2003 and 2011.
