Nicole Foss

Nicole Foss is an experienced social worker with a career spanning over 15 years in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Hospice Social Worker PRN at Family Centered Hospice since September 2022, Nicole has also held the role of Case Manager at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital since September 2011. Prior experience includes positions as a Social Worker and Volunteer Coordinator at Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare from August 2007 to April 2011, as well as internships at Elgin Mental Health Center and the Department of Children and Family Services between 2005 and 2007. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Aurora University and a Bachelor's degree in Children and Family Services with a focus on Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
