Bhaskar Balakrishnan

Bhaskar Balakrishnan's work experience includes various managerial roles in manufacturing, production, operations, and projects. Bhaskar began their career in 1993 at Galada Power and Telecom Ltd as a Production Executive and then moved on to become an Executive in Production Planning and Control. In 1996, they joined the Godrej Group, where they held executive roles in production, maintenance, procurement, planning, and projects. Bhaskar later became Deputy General Manager in Production and then Supply planning, Materials & Contract Manufacturing, and Projects. In 2004, they moved to Godrej Consumer Products Limited as Deputy General Manager Operations. In 2007, they joined Marico Limited as a Plant Head and progressed to various roles, including Cluster Head, Head of Manufacturing, Head of Edible Manufacturing and Projects, and currently as EVP and Head Manufacturing and Operation Excellence.

Bhaskar Balakrishnan attended the Great Lakes Institute of Management from 2004 to 2006, where they earned an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in the field of General Management. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras, from 1989 to 1993.
