Roshni Das has nearly 12 years of HR experience. Roshni began their career as a Tata HRDP Summer Trainee at Tata Tele Services Limited in 2009. Roshni later joined TataSons as a Tata HRDP Management Trainee, where they worked from 2010 to 2011. Roshni then moved to Tata Sons Group HR, where they worked as a Deputy Manager and later as a Manager. During their time at Tata Sons Group HR, Roshni handled various projects and assignments for more than 15 group companies across diverse sectors, focusing on remuneration services and group-level initiatives. In 2013, they joined Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as a Manager, HR, Global Rewards & Performance. Roshni's most recent role is with Marico Limited, where they have held multiple positions, including HR Manager for Technology (R&D), HR Manager for Rewards & Talent Management, and Head of Rewards, Talent Acqusition, Talent Management, New Businesses & Technology.
Roshni Das completed their B.Sc in Economics at St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata from 2004 to 2007. Later, they pursued an M.A. in HRM & LR at Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 2008 to 2010.
