Rugved Paradkar

Rugved Paradkar is an Analyst in SAP & Manufacturing Technology at Marico Limited since June 2023, previously holding positions as Analyst in Supply Chain Applications and IT Trainee in Business Applications. Prior experience includes a Business Excellence Internship at CEAT Limited from October 2022 to April 2023, where Rugved led projects to eliminate unsafe conditions and enhance production efficiency, notably developing a tyre wrap cutter and installing a curtain sensor. Earlier, Rugved interned in Quality Assurance at Jyotitech Industries in June 2019, focusing on quality checks and gaining insights into fabrication industry processes. Rugved holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering (2020-2023) and a Diploma in Production Engineering from Father Agnel Technical Education Complex (2018-2020).
