Vaishali Vakharia

Vaishali Vakharia serves as the Chief of Staff for the Digital Business Unit and International Business Group at Marico Limited since March 2025, providing strategic support to the MD and CEO. Previously, Vaishali held roles in the Founder's Office at SUGAR Cosmetics, focusing on strategy and performance improvement, and spearheaded investor relations during a Series E funding round. Prior to that, Vaishali worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant at EY-Parthenon, where responsibilities included business strategy, market assessments, and profitability improvements. Vaishali's career also includes significant experience in tax management at Larsen & Toubro and an early career as a CA Articleship Assistant at Fadnis & Gupte Chartered Accountants. Vaishali holds a degree in Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
