Patricia Honzay

Patricia Honzay is a retired higher education administrator with extensive experience in the field, notably serving as the Associate Chief HR Officer for the Center for Employee & Organizational Development at Maricopa Community Colleges since January 2000. In this role, Patricia Honzay has provided district-wide leadership in developing programs to enhance employee personal and professional potential, overseeing organizational learning development, and administering employee incentive and recognition programs. Additional responsibilities include directing initiatives related to organizational change, training programs, technology training, succession planning, and workforce diversity. Patricia Honzay has also held the position of Vice President at the Center for Employee and Organizational Development. Since January 2022, Patricia Honzay has been self-employed. Patricia Honzay obtained an education from Northern Arizona University.
