Rey Rivera

Rey Rivera currently serves as President of Estrella Mountain Community College, a position held since June 2016, after previously acting as Vice President of Learning at the same institution. Prior experience includes a tenure as Vice President of Learning at South Mountain Community College from May 2012 to May 2016 and roles as Mathematics Faculty and Interim Dean of Occupational Education at Estrella Mountain Community College from September 1996 to May 2012. Rey Rivera holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Arizona State University, a Master of Science (MS) in Mathematics from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin.
