Kathleen Kolm

Kathleen Kolm has extensive experience in risk management, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Risk Management at Maricopa County since November 2011 and previously holding the position of Insurance and Workers Compensation Manager. Prior to this role, Kathleen held various risk management leadership positions, including Director of Risk Management at Bashas Inc from March 1999 to November 2011, Southwest Supermarkets from 1995 to 1999, and Smitty's Supermarkets from 1985 to 1995. Kathleen's academic background includes degrees in Risk Management, specifically ARM and AIC, obtained through the Insurance Education Association between 1995 and 1999.
