Maria Fant

Maria Fant has extensive experience in leadership and compliance within various organizations. Currently serving as Deputy Director for Maricopa County since April 2015, Maria oversees both the Compliance and Enforcement Division and the Travel Reduction and Outreach Division. Previously, Maria was a Board of Directors Member and President for The Junior League of Phoenix Foundation and Junior League of Phoenix, Inc., contributing significantly to community outreach initiatives. Additional experience includes the role of Business Development Director for the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association and multiple sales positions at Johnson & Johnson, where Maria achieved top sales honors in various capacities. Maria's career began at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, where significant management and project oversight responsibilities were held. Maria holds a degree in Environmental Science/Biology from Northern Arizona University and also attended the College of Charleston.
