Rhonda Hallal

Rhonda Hallal has extensive experience in public health, serving in various managerial roles within Maricopa County since 1997. Currently, Rhonda holds the position of Division Administrator and has previously managed the Office of Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation, the Office of School Health and Wellness Initiatives, and served as Healthy People Healthy Communities Integration Manager and WIC Regional Manager. Rhonda's academic background includes a Master's degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Tulane University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
