Amy Gillespie

Amy Gillespie (ACIPD) is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in people operations and HR management. Currently serving as Associate Director of People Operations at Marie Curie UK since November 2022, Amy's previous roles include Director of People Operations at LGC and Consistent Assessor for Graduate Recruitment at Newton Europe, among others. Amy has held various positions such as Head of HR Shared Services and Reward at Kerridge Commercial Systems, People Operations Business Partner at Audatex UK, and HR Business Partner at TE Connectivity.
