Anne Eden-Russell

Anne Eden-Russell currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Marie Curie UK, a leading charity focused on end-of-life care. Previous experience includes significant roles at the BBC, where Anne was a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner and later a Resourcing Business Partner, contributing to recruitment strategies and organizational restructuring. Anne also led the Talent Acquisition function at Pearson and managed recruitment activities at Guardian News & Media, where a dedicated sourcing team was built. Earlier career stages included positions at Red Bee Media and the BBC, alongside initial training roles at HSBC and Harrods. Anne is currently pursuing CIPD accreditation in Learning & Development.
