Maddie Raedts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fashion and marketing industries. Currently serving as CEO and Partner at For You Agency since January 2025, Maddie also holds the position of Founder and Management Consultant at M by M Studios since December 2023, focusing on growth strategies for agencies and brands. Maddie's previous roles include CEO and Partner of BOND, overseeing a US social-commerce start-up, and Partner and Co-Founder of Social.Monks under Media.Monks. Founder of IMA Influencer Marketing Agency, Maddie led the agency until its acquisition by Media.Monks in 2019. Notable advisory roles include serving on the Advisory Board of Marie-Stella-Maris and as a Creative LIAisons Coach for the London International Awards. Maddie holds a Bachelor of Fashion & Branding from Amsterdam Fashion Institute and completed the Creative Leadership Program at THNK School of Leadership.
