Ana Cecilia Velasquez Rossi

Ana Cecilia is the Country Director of Marie Stopes Bolivia. She is a Bolivian national who spent close to 16 years studying and working in the United States before joining MSI Reproductive Choices. Her latest job was as the Vice President of Programme Operations at the Latin American Community Center in Delaware, working to advocate for and provide services to the Hispanic immigrant community.

Ana Cecilia has a B.A. in Sociology/Anthropology from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania, a M.S. in Human Resources Development from McDaniel College in Maryland and over 12 years of experience working for NGO’s, managing projects for vulnerable populations.
