Sivheng Leng

Sivheng Leng joined the MSI Cambodia programme in May 2019 as Director of Finance and Support Services leading on areas of finance, IT, stock and procurement, data privacy and legal. After gaining valuable experience in this role for three years, she became the Country Director in 2022.

Before joining MSI Cambodia, Sivheng worked in varying industries like clothing manufacturing, and local and multinational trading. She has developed her professional and leadership skills from the ground up, and is passionate about empowering women through access to sexual and reproductive healthcare.
