Tushar Niroula

MSI started its operations in Nepal in 1994 and works closely with local partner Sunaulo Parivar Nepal. Tushar joined MSI as a Director of Operations and worked in several roles over 7 years before taking on this leadership role in August 2021.

Tushar has over 20 years of experience in diverse roles across marketing, human resources, and operations. He has a Masters degree specialising in HR, Organisation Development, Small Business Management and Marketing Management.

Tushar is passionate about ensuring the sustainability of the essential work MSI does in Nepal and achieving against the MSI 2030 strategy as a country programme.
