Jonathan G. Williams

Jonathan G. Williams is an experienced educator currently serving as an IB Language and Literature Instructor at Marietta City Schools since July 2023. With a strong background in curriculum development, Jonathan previously held the role of Associate Head of School for Academics at Capstone Academy Atlanta, where responsibilities included serving as curriculum coordinator for grades 5-12 and overseeing humanities course options. Jonathan's teaching experience spans various institutions, including roles as an ELA teacher across middle and high school levels and a student support coordinator. Jonathan has also contributed to educational programs as a coordinator for several academic contests. An accomplished professional, Jonathan holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Mercer University and a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia.
