Alice Thompson

Alice Thompson currently serves as the VP of Technical Services for the Americas at Marigold, where responsibilities include spearheading and executing strategic consulting initiatives. Prior to this role, Alice held a position at Foot Locker, overseeing global loyalty and CRM applications. Experience also includes leading product and program management for Kobie Marketing's SaaS loyalty platform, Alchemy, as well as managing CRM, marketing, and loyalty applications at Transitions Optical. Alice's career began at Catalina Marketing, where leadership in global CRM and SaaS business intelligence was a key focus. Alice earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University.
