Benedicte Holmboe

Benedicte Holmboe is an accomplished fashion professional with extensive experience in knitwear design and creative direction. As the Founder and Creative Director of Para Moda since October 2020, Benedicte oversees brand innovation while also serving as a Senior Knitwear Designer at Marimekko. Previous roles include Senior Knit & Jersey Designer at Ganni A/S and Senior Knitwear Designer for SCHIAPARELLI. With a solid foundation in knitwear acquired during tenures at notable brands such as CELINE and Stella McCartney, Benedicte has also contributed to academia as a Visiting Lecturer at the Royal College of Art. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Menswear Knitwear from the Royal College of Art and a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion from Designskolen Kolding.
