Natacha Defrance

Natacha Defrance currently serves as the SVP for the Asia Pacific East Region at Marimekko, having held the position since 2020, and previously held the role of VP for Greater China, Korea, and Southeast Asia. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Retail and Omnichannel for Greater China at Lacoste from 2016 to 2020, and as Head of Retail Operations in Hong Kong for Christian Dior Couture from 2013 to 2015. Natacha also worked as the Regional Retail Performance Director for Asia Pacific at Van Cleef & Arpels from 2011 to 2013, and held various roles at CHANEL from 2003 to 2011, including Head of International Marketing and Deputy Director at the flagship store on Rue Cambon. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Sales Manager for Women's Fashion at Printemps from 2000 to 2002. Natacha holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from EM Normandie Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Université Paris Cité.
