Nicole Tai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and reuse initiatives. Currently serving as Treasurer and Board Member at Marin Builders Association since April 2020, Nicole also contributes as a Commissioner for the Sustainability Commission of Novato since May 2022. As the Founder and Organizer of the Bay Area Deconstruction Work Group, established in December 2017, and CEO of GreenLynx, a company focused on deconstruction and material reuse, Nicole has significantly impacted the field. Additionally, as Chairperson of the Board for Reuse Alliance, a national nonprofit, Nicole aims to enhance awareness of reuse benefits. Previous roles include consulting on the start-up of the ARROW Building Materials Reuse Center in NYC and serving as Assistant Director at NYC WasteMatch. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Conservation Resource Studies and Native American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in Human & Community Development from the University of California, Davis.

Since 1958, we've represented our industry with governmental agencies as well as a wide range of public protection programs. We are always available to provide expert guidance to city, county and state governments on building and development policies and have dedicated ourselves to improving the public's understanding of the construction industry.
