Harold Wallace

Harold Wallace, MPH, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Marin City Health and Wellness Center since September 2020. Prior to this role, Wallace was the Chief Executive Officer at Bay Clinic, Inc. from 2012 to 2019, achieving significant improvements in operational quality and financial performance. Wallace also held the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer at Total Healthcare Center in 2011, where effective leadership led to the revitalization of the healthcare center's reputation. Earlier roles include Vice President of Ambulatory Services at Schneider Regional Medical Center (2005-2010) and Chief Operating Officer at Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center, Inc. (2003-2005), where operational oversight was provided across numerous locations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health in Public Health Administration from Meharry Medical College, ongoing studies at Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Philander Smith University.
