Martin Bond

Martin Bond, ACC is currently the Principal at M5 Coaching and the Senior Business Relationship Manager at MCE. Martin previously held the position of Executive Director at CESC, where Martin designed and implemented new program delivery models to serve underrepresented communities with energy education and weatherization installations. Martin has also served as the Program Director for commercial energy efficiency and solar programs at CESC and as the SmartLights Program Manager. Additionally, Martin was an EastBay Fellow at LeaderSpring, an Adjunct Professor at Laney College, and a Meeting Consultant at Intercall. Martin holds a B.A. in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara and a degree in Executive Coaching from MentorCoach.
