Arleth Cruz serves as a Program Assistant at Marin Community Foundation since December 2022, following a comprehensive career in education and community engagement. Prior experience includes roles as an RSP Teacher at Roseland School District from January 2015 to December 2022, focusing on resource specialization for students with learning disabilities and special needs, and involvement in the PreK-12 Equity and Anti-Racism Cadre to promote inclusivity within education. Additionally, Arleth has experience as a Secondary Instructional Assistant and an Office Manager, addressing both academic and administrative needs. Previous work with the City of Santa Rosa Recreation & Parks as an Activity Specialist involved organizing recreational programs for diverse age groups. Arleth holds a degree in American Multicultural Studies, Education from Sonoma State University.
