Tara Medve

Tara Medve, CAP®, currently serves as the Senior Advisor for The Family Office of Philanthropy at Marin Community Foundation since September 2024. Previously, Tara held multiple roles at Silicon Valley Community Foundation, including Director of Donor Experience and Philanthropy Advisor from April 2021 to September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Individual Giving at Horizons Foundation and working as a fundraising consultant. Tara has an extensive background in development and communications from a long tenure at Women's Community Clinic, where various positions were held, culminating as Development & Communications Director. Additionally, Tara contributed as an Advisory Board Member at Root Division from February 2007 to October 2014. Tara Medve earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Gender Studies from American University.
