Justin Wilcock

Justin Wilcock has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Marin Sanitary Service. Justin previously served as the Director of Compliance, Contracts, and Outreach at the same company. Before that, they worked as the Business Development and Community Outreach Manager at Sonoma County Resource Recovery, where they focused on contract administration, account management, and public outreach. Prior to that, they held the position of Business Development and Junior Olympic Team Coach at California Diving Academy. Additionally, Justin has experience as a Business Development Manager at BlueLine Rental and Waste Management. Justin has also worked as a Research Intern at the University of California Office of the President and as a Model at Helen Wells Agency. Justin's earlier career involved roles as an Athlete and Board Member at USA Diving. Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated strong skills in business development, management, and community outreach.

Justin Wilcock earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Sustainability and General Management Emphasis from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Horticulture and Business from Brigham Young University. In addition to their formal education, Justin has also completed a LEED Green Associate certification.
