Marin Water
Elysha Irish is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Marin Water, with experience in planning, design, and construction management since June 2014. Significant contributions include directing the development of the District's first Temporary Urgency Change Petition during a historic drought, leading successful grant applications totaling $6.5 million for infrastructure improvements, and managing a capital improvement program budget increase to $50 million annually. Previous roles include serving as Associate Engineer at ENVIRON, where notable achievements involved collaboration with the Army Corps of Engineers and supervision of groundwater monitoring projects. Elysha holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington.
