Guido Oud

Guido Oud is an experienced researcher and project manager specializing in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for offshore applications at MARIN since March 2017. With a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Delft University of Technology, obtained in 2017, Guido also completed dual MSc degrees in Applied Mathematics and Aerospace Engineering from the same institution. Prior roles include a PhD researcher at TU Delft focusing on two-phase pipe flow numerical analysis, a reservoir engineer at Total E&P, and various internships at Total E&P and Brown University, where Guido contributed to software development and research in wavelet series and oil production prediction tools. Academic foundations include a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and a VWO Gymnasium diploma from Mendelcollege Haarlem.
