Simon Khoury

Simon Khoury is an experienced professional with a strong background in retail management and operations. Currently serving as General Manager at Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi since December 2021, Simon previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at CityMall Shopping Center from January 2013 to December 2021, where responsibilities included logistics, accounting, and tenant negotiations. Simon contributed significantly as Chief Operating Officer at Galeries Lafayette from 2009 to 2012, overseeing a large team and managing multiple divisions while developing operational strategies and maintaining brand relationships. Earlier experiences include management roles at ADMIC MONOPRIX and Carrefour, focusing on store operations, inventory control, and staff training. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Lebanese American University, completed between 1994 and 1998.
