Mustafa Elamrosy

Mustafa Elamrosy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as an IT Technical Trainer at New Horizons of Alexandria, Egypt | INTRAST for eight years. Mustafa then became a Business Training Supervisor & Projects Manager at the same company, managing consultation projects and developing the courses catalog. Later, they served as a Senior IT Technical Trainer, teaching various tracks including data analysis and Oracle 11g & 12c Developer Track.

In 2021, Mustafa joined Andalusia Group for Medical Services as a Software Training Program Manager, where they identified and assessed training needs and developed individualized and group training programs.

Mustafa also worked as a Professional Trainer & Consultant at their own company, Mustafa Elamrosy, providing training and consulting services.

From 2022 to 2023, they worked at Mahoney Shipping & Marine Services as an OD Project Supervisor, where their responsibilities included developing and maintaining the competency framework, career pathways, and Key Performance Indicators for employees, as well as managing talent evaluation and development, designing and implementing training needs analysis and training plans, and maintaining the organizational chart and headcount report.

Currently, Mustafa is working as a Corporate OD Supervisor at Marine and Engineering Services Company - MESCO, updating the performance management system for all business units of the company.

Mustafa Elamrosy obtained a BSc degree in Management Information Systems, General from the Faculty of Commerce, completing their education in 2005. Mustafa also holds various certifications including Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, obtained in December 2021, Communication Skills for Business (CSB) from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business, obtained in September 2020, Entrepreneurship and Small Business Certification (ESB) from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business, obtained in March 2020, Oracle Certified Developer from Oracle, obtained in July 2007, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator from Microsoft, obtained in June 2006, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in January 2020.
