Mark Desclafani

Mark DeSclafani currently serves as Assistant Manager at Marine Bank & Trust since June 2020, overseeing daily branch operations and managing Personal Bankers while providing sales leadership and mentoring staff to meet sales goals. Previously, Mark held the position of Assistant Vice President at Investors Bank from July 2018 to May 2019, where responsibilities included directing the IRA Department and supervising staff to ensure exceptional customer service for 50,000 IRA Plans across 150 branches. Mark also served as Assistant Vice President at Hudson City Savings Bank from January 1996 to February 2016, managing the Special Services Department that handled 75,000 IRA/Retirement Plans for 135 branches and promoting high-quality customer service. Mark graduated from North Bergen High School with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management.
