Carl Hubbard

Carl Hubbard is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Marine Credit Union since May 2020. Previously, Carl held the position of College Recruiting Manager at Kimberly-Clark from July 2013 to May 2020, overseeing North American campus recruiting efforts. Prior to that, Carl was the Recruiting Manager at Plexus from June 2011 to July 2013, where responsibilities included managing the full-cycle recruiting process. Carl began a significant tenure at Schneider National in 2001, ultimately becoming the Recruiting Operations Manager in June 2011, and directing all aspects of the recruiting function. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
