Derek Canady has extensive experience in network administration and IT support, currently serving as a Network Administrator and Network Analyst at Marine Credit Union since June 2007, where responsibilities include managing network switches, routers, firewalls, and Mitel 3300 PBX systems. Prior to this role, Derek held the position of IT Support Analyst II and Assistant Manager at Pizza King from August 1999 to June 2007, focusing on financial reporting, employee training, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and pursued studies in Japanese at Hirosaki Gakuin University in Japan in 2005.
