Mr. Pendse has around four decades of experience in Finance and Accounts functions including 28 years in Mazagon Dock Limited (now known as Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited) at various post including General Manager (F&A) and 2 years in Reliance Defence Engineering Limited as CFO & Controller (Finance).
During his tenure, he was also appointed as Director on the board of various subsidiaries of Reliance Defence and Engineering Limited. He currently, works as a freelancer finance and tax consultant. As a Non executive Independent Director of the Company, he is responsible for providing his expertise & Inputs in relation to finance and also ensuring that the board adheres to the required corporate governance requirements.
