Allan Obace

Allan Obace is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in military and organizational management. Currently serving as a Volunteer Program Coordinator and Navy Liaison at Marine Corps Community Services since April 2023, Allan also holds the position of Equal Opportunity Specialist with the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities include enforcing compliance with legal codes and promoting workplace equity. Previously, as a Logistics Movement Control Coordinator, Allan managed logistics operations and established procedures that significantly extended the service life of government vehicles. Additionally, experience as a Loss Prevention Manager at the Army & Airforce Exchange Service involved enforcing substance abuse policies and conducting internal inquiries. Allan's academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, complemented by an Associate of Arts from Columbia Southern University.
