Bernard Degraw

Bernard DeGraw is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in both marine and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Education Developer for the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas since September 2023, Bernard focuses on identifying the education needs of marine dealerships and creating tailored resources in collaboration with expert teams. As the Managing Member and Owner of FLX Marine since June 2010, Bernard has demonstrated strong leadership and entrepreneurship. Prior roles include Program Director at Summer Discovery and Guidance Counselor/Coordinator at Southern Cayuga Central School, showcasing a diverse background in educational program management and student support. Bernard holds a Master's degree in School Counseling from Niagara University Graduate School and a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the State University of New York Cortland.
