Matt Gruhn is an accomplished professional in the marine and powersports industries, currently serving as President of the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas since October 2011. Prior to this role, Gruhn was the Publisher for Boating Industry and Powersports Business magazines from April 2010 to October 2011, and held various editorial positions at Affinity Media, including Associate Publisher/Editor-in-Chief and Editor-in-Chief for Boating Industry magazine, as well as Editor for Watercraft World magazine. Gruhn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Northern Iowa, where studies spanned from 1991 to 1995.
