Laylee Stalter

Laylee Stalter, PHR, is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an HRIS Analyst at Marine Spill Response Corporation since February 2013, Laylee has previously held roles including Human Resources Specialist at Lafarge and HR Coordinator at the National Recreation & Park Association. Early career experience includes being a Receptionist at New Horizons Computer Learning Center and an Intern at Topaz Multimedia. Laylee holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Development & Evaluation from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree in French from the University of Pittsburgh.
