Paul James Stewart

Paul James Stewart is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as Regional Contract Manager at Marine Spill Response Corporation since July 2021. Previously, Paul held the position of Pilot with Staten Island Ferry from January 2016 to July 2021. Paul has also worked with Marine Spill Response Corporation in various roles, including Mate Relief Captain and Mate, from September 2013 to August 2013, and as a Mate on OSRV New Jersey Responder from April 2008 to August 2013. Additionally, Paul began a career in maritime operations as a Deckhand with McAllister Towing in early 2008. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Transportation from the State University of New York Maritime College, graduating in 2008.
