Dana Gutierrez

Dana Gutierrez, IOM, currently serves as the Manager of Member Relations at the Marine Technology Society since April 2024. Previously, Dana held the position of Director of Membership & Business Development at the California Trucking Association from August 2022 to March 2024 and was the Director of Physician Engagement at the Sierra Sacramento Valley Medical Society from January 2020 to June 2022, where efforts focused on member recruitment and retention strategies. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Membership & Business Development at the California Trucking Association from August 2014 to December 2019, where operational reporting and new membership benefits were key responsibilities. Initiatives at the California Independent Oil Marketers Association as Director of Membership, Meetings, and Programs from September 2012 to August 2014 included implementing event technology and enhancing membership strategies. Dana's educational background includes a degree in Business Administration and Travel and Tourism, an IOM designation from the Institute for Organization Management, and certifications in personal training and nutrition.
