Harrell Thomas

Harrell Thomas is a seasoned professional in system engineering and integration with extensive experience across various roles in the transportation and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Principal Systems Engineer at Marine Tiger Technologies, Harrell leads the Systems Integration efforts for the Second Avenue Subway’s Phase 2 Project. Previous roles include Systems Engineering Lead at STV INC., where Harrell managed an engineering team for Light Rail Transit projects in Ottawa, and Vice President/Chief Engineer at The Clarient Group. Additional experience encompasses key positions at Parsons Brinckerhoff and AECOM, focusing on communications systems for major transportation initiatives. Harrell holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Howard University.
