Jason Weis

Jason Weis is an experienced asset management professional currently serving as the Asset Management Group Lead and Enterprise Asset Management Consultant at Marine Tiger Technologies since July 2022. In this role, Weis oversees a team of consultants and project managers, notably leading the Enterprise Asset Management Program for the New York/New Jersey Port Authority. Prior experience includes various roles at Monroe Energy, LLC from January 2013 to July 2022, such as Turnaround Planner and Project Manager focused on Maximo/CMMS optimization. Weis also held positions as an Instrumentation Supervisor, Maintenance Scheduler, Outage Field Supervisor, and I&E Planner at Monroe Energy, alongside an extensive background as a Journeyman Electrician/I&C Tech with IBEW from 2000 to 2012. Weis holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Penn State Erie and a Bachelor of Arts in Construction Management from the National Labor College.
