Karen Grossman

Karen Grossman has extensive experience in community engagement, training, and banking. Currently serving as the Community Engagement and Culture Program Manager at Mariner Finance since June 2013, Karen has held various roles within the company, including Learning Management System Administrator and Credit Underwriter. Prior to this, Karen worked as a Relationship Banker at M&T Bank, focusing on customer needs and revenue enhancement. Additionally, Karen gained valuable experience as an intern at the U.S. Army Public Health Command, assisting in the archiving of environmental sample reports, and as a Resident Assistant at Shepherd University, providing guidance and leadership to fellow students. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Environmental Studies from Shepherd University.
