Heather Zwart, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Mariner Innovations Inc., managing multiple medium to large projects contracted to Bell since July 2020. Prior roles include Problem Manager at Atlantic Lottery Corporation, where Heather led ITIL initiatives and managed the implementation of the Cherwell application, and diverse positions at Medavie Blue Cross, focusing on Problem Management, Project Management, and Disaster Recovery Coordination. Heather’s experience spans project planning, risk assessment, process automation, and the creation of training documentation, with a foundational education in Computer Programming Technology from NBCC - Saint John.
