Azra Sarajlic

Azra Sarajlic started their work experience in 2017 as an Intern at ASBIS, where they worked until 2019. During this time, they gained experience in various roles, including a Presales Engineer Intern at Infobip, where they focused on understanding and learning products and services, as well as API testing and data sorting. Azra then transitioned to the role of Client Solutions Engineer at Infobip, where they worked from 2019 to 2020. In this role, they identified new use cases for products, provided product education and technical assistance to clients, and contributed to their after-sales support. Most recently, Azra joined MarineTraffic in 2021 as a Solution Engineer, collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements, providing technical support to clients, and delivering technical presentations. Azra is currently working as a Solution Engineer at Kpler since 2023.

Azra Sarajlic completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Technology from the American University in Bosnia and Herzegovina from 2015 to 2019. Azra then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from International Burch University from 2020 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Azra also obtained several certifications. In February 2019, they acquired the TOEFL® certification from ETS. Later, in August 2019, they completed the Beginning Project Management: Project Management Level One course from Udemy, as well as certifications in GDPR - in a nutshell and Write Better Emails: Tactics for Smarter Team Communication. In September 2019, they obtained Customer Service Mastery - Delight Every Customer certification.

In 2020, Azra continued to expand their skills by completing the Business Analysis - Working With Use Cases course from Udemy in January. In February, they obtained Agile Scrum Mastery: Full Project Simulation + Certification from Udemy. Additionally, they attended the CAPM Exam Prep Seminar conducted by Instructing.com in the same month.

Towards the end of 2020, they earned certifications from ILUM Flow International Autumn School at IULM University and Recruiters Academy by Popcorn Recruiters.
