Ricardo Daza has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ricardo started their career in 2004 at Panalpina, where they held various roles including Route Development Manager, Corporate Key Account Manager, Key Account Manager, System Data Quality Analyst, Head of Tender Management, and Tender Management Coordinator. In these positions, they managed key accounts, developed tailored logistics solutions, ensured compliance with service level agreements, and coordinated the flow of critical information.

In 2016, Ricardo joined ABC Cargo Logistic S.A.S as the Moving and Relocation Services Manager. Ricardo then moved on to work at Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services in 2017, where they served as the Sales Manager responsible for business development and sales strategy in Colombia.

Starting in 2020, Ricardo held two positions simultaneously. Ricardo joined EXO Freight as an Account Executive, where they were in charge of business development and redefining brokerage through in-house technologies. Ricardo also worked at Lean Solutions Group as a Business Development Representative.

In 2022, Ricardo joined MarineTraffic as a Customer Success Manager, where they focused on making actionable information easily accessible to customers in the Americas. Ricardo then transitioned to Kpler in 2023, where they continued their role as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for onboarding, retaining, and growing key customers in the Americas region.

Throughout their career, Ricardo has demonstrated their proficiency in customer success, sales, business development, and logistics.

Ricardo Daza obtained a Bachelor's degree in Government and International Relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Before that, they attended Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong from 1996 to 1998, where they completed the International Baccalaureate program. In addition to their formal education, Ricardo Daza holds several certifications. Ricardo became HubSpot Sales Software Certified in October 2021 and acquired the Email Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy in November 2021. Furthermore, in September 2019, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
